Our Mission
Raheny United exists to provide a clear, structured football development pathway that supports players of all ages and abilities from academy to senior level. We aim to deliver high-quality coaching in a safe, well-organised environment, prioritising enjoyment, progression, fair play, and long-term participation in the game. We work in partnership with coaches, parents, volunteers, and players to uphold high standards and ensure the club remains a place people want to stay connected to throughout their lives.

Respect
We have a very strong focus on respect, respect for teammates, coaches, opponents, match officials, volunteers, and the wider community, both on and off the pitch.
Enjoyment and Safety
Football should be fun. We are committed to providing a positive, safe, and encouraging environment where players feel confident to learn, make mistakes, and improve.
Long-term Participation
We aim to keep people involved in football for life. By prioritising enjoyment, respect, and a sense of belonging, we strive to ensure our players, coaches, and volunteers remain connected to Raheny United and to the game for as long as possible.
Development
All players deserve to be coached and challenged at a level appropriate to their age, ability, and stage of development. Our approach recognises that players progress at different rates and follows pathways that support both enjoyment and improvement.

Player Development
At Raheny United we are committed to helping every player reach their full potential through high quality coaching in a positive and inclusive environment. For players who demonstrate the ability and readiness to progress, we support opportunities to advance within the League of Ireland academy pathway, while always placing the player’s long term development and wellbeing first.

Raheny United is proud to hold FAI ClubMark accreditation, recognising our commitment to delivering football to the highest standards.
ClubMark reflects the work we do across coaching, player welfare, safeguarding, governance and club management. It provides players, parents and volunteers with the confidence that Raheny United is committed to creating a safe, inclusive and well-run environment where everyone can enjoy and develop through football.
