Best Wishes - Clare Shine

We were relieved to hear the good news that one of our former players, Clare Shine, was found safe and well yesterday.

From everyone at Raheny Utd we wish you all the best Clare!

Earlier in the year Clare gave very personal interview to Liam Mackey detailing her struggles with her mental health and how she has dealt with them over the years.

It’s a powerful read and I’m sure it has helped countless people, please give it a read and remember, if you are feeling low - you are not alone.

There are many people and organisations out there who will do their utmost to get you the help you need, don’t stay silent.
