The Committee & Members of the Club would like to pass on our sincere condolences to the family and friends of William (Billy) Page, who passed away peacefully this morning in the loving care of his family.
Billy's contribution towards football in our community cannot be overstated and spanned an incredible 50 years, beginning in the 1970's as club secretary of Dunseedy United. Billy played a big part in the amalgamation of Dunseedy United and Raheny Boys and was a driving force in the early days of Raheny United, where he served on countless committees. His passion for the club never dwindled and saw him remain as a trustee and keen supporter until his final days.
His tireless work, loyalty and sense of community was always there to be seen, and made him a great ambassador for our club… Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.
