U15 girls march-on to the quarter Finals
Congratulations to our U15 Girls on reaching the quarter-finals of the U15 Div 2/3 League Cup! They battled past Lucan United FC, a team that had already beaten them twice in the league, with a terrific 1-0 victory.
Top scorer Eve McAntamney delivered the winning moment, smashing a 20-yard strike into the bottom corner. A special shout-out to Orla, Heidi, and Ava Lilly, who made their debuts in this crucial fixture.
🗓 Next up: a home quarter-final against Division 2 league leaders, St John Bosco, on Sunday, 23rd March. Come down and cheer the girls on as they push for a place in the semi-finals! 💪
U12.1 Boys in the SFAI Trophy
Our 12.1 Boys did the club proud with a fantastic run in the SFAI Trophy, reaching the last 32 of the competition. After coming through the Dublin qualifiers, they were drawn at home against Ballina Town. A great crowd turned out to support the team, and the boys delivered an excellent performance in a closely contested match. Raheny lost the match 3-2, but showed great sportsmanship, welcoming Ballina Town back to the clubhouse afterwards. It was a valuable and developmental experience for the entire squad, and the club is immensely proud of the progress the boys are making. Best of luck to Ballina Town in the rest of the competition.

Raheny boys win Metropolitan Cup
Conor, Sé, and Kaylem proudly represented their school, Mount Temple, in the Metropolitan Cup, helping their team to a 3-1 victory over Tyrrelstown Community College in the Metropolitan Junior League North Region. All three players are part of Raheny United’s U16 Premier side, and the club is delighted to see them making an impact at school level. Well done, lads! ⚽👏

More events coming up
Mothers day at the club is SOLD OUT.

Family fun at the clubhouse continues with DJ Des on Friday April 4th. Contact Laura now for tickets to avoid disappointment as it's due to sell out.

Three Raheny teams shine at futsal tournament
Three Raheny United teams (9.1, 8.1, and 10.2) recently took part in the five-week Play Soccer Futsal tournament in Gormanston. Futsal is a fantastic way for players to keep developing their technical ability, decision-making, and confidence over the winter break. Well done to all the players and coaches involved in what was a brilliant event, filled with top-quality football! ⚽👏

15.3 Thank Promoshades and Terrace.ie
The Raheny 15.3 Saturday team recently showed their appreciation to John McCormack for his generous kit sponsorship this season.
John, co-founder of Promoshades and Terrace.ie, kindly provided the team with a brand-new kit, which the boys were delighted to receive. To express their gratitude, the team presented him with a framed jersey as a token of thanks.
